We prefer to collect as little data as possible from our customers. However, this is sometimes necessary, for example to send you a booking confirmation. Bonita Vista handles your data carefully and ensures that your privacy is guaranteed.

These are our privacy promises:

2. We protect your personal information as if it were our own.

3. We only use your personal data for the purposes described below.

Name, address and place of residence

Your name is stored because we prefer not to address you by your customer number. We need your address and place of residence, among other things, to process the booking request.

Date of birth

We store your age, so that we are aware of your age. The landlord would like to know to whom he/she is renting. Each landlord has his own conditions regarding age groups. Conversely, we would like to know the landlord's date of birth for our identity check if he/she wants to rent out.

E-mail address

We store your email address so that we can send you important messages regarding your booking request. You can also receive our newsletter.

phone number

We store your telephone number so that the tenant and landlord can contact each other when completing the booking request. If necessary, we may also contact you as part of our customer service.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• The right to be forgotten (the right to be 'forgotten' or 'deleted').
