A dishwasher

Please rinse dishes and pans before putting them in the dishwasher, otherwise the filter will become clogged and the dishes will not be cleaned properly. Under the sink you will find dishwasher detergent and rinse aid (please replenish in between if the glassware comes out of the machine dull).

The tap is located to the left of the washing machine, open it before use and in any case close it before leaving.

Blinds

When you leave the house, please close the shutters (and of course doors).

Place the key on the table in the apartment.

The shutters on the windows and doors can only be opened and closed from the inside. We advise you to keep as many windows, doors and shutters closed as possible during the high season, so that the house stays nice and cool.

Sunshade

The awning is electrically operated. Always close the screen when leaving the apartment due to a sudden wind. You will be charged for any damage afterwards.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment.

Damage to the apartment, furniture, inventory

If something breaks during your stay, that is always possible. But please report it to the Bonita Vista Team, so that it can be resolved and the next guests will not be faced with any surprises.

Television

In the event of malfunctions, you must inform Team Bonita Vista. Changing settings or performing technical actions is not permitted.

Patio furniture

Sun lounger cushions are in the cushion box on the roof terrace

Please put it back there when you leave.

Consumables

Toilet paper, soap dispensers, tissues, washing up liquid and cleaning products are available upon arrival. If you make it up: please complete it.

Bath towels

It is not allowed to use the bath towels outside the apartment. (Beach towels can be rented for a fee as stated)

Swimming pool

It is forbidden to take chairs and sunbeds from the apartment to the swimming pool,

Swimming pool opening hours: 8am - 8pm

Celebrate

Parties/gatherings are not allowed

Quiet hours

It must be quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m

Waste and garbage containers

The garbage containers are located at the top of the street and are emptied several times a week. There is a diagram on the door of the refrigerator showing how the waste should be separated.

TV table

There are magazines in various languages (Dutch, Spanish and English) on the TV table, as well as a number of games. You can use this freely. Please return it undamaged.

Groceries

There is a small supermarket in the neighborhood. The Eurospar is 1.2 km

For larger groceries you can go to Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl and Family Cash in Vinaròs.

Every Thursday morning from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. there is a market in Vinaròs

Drinking water

The water from the tap is drinkable, but not always tasty. You can buy spring water in the supermarket.

The water is perfectly suitable for making coffee and tea and brushing teeth.
